Theoretically it can be done with a normal wrap utilisation, once you have 'arranged' the ingredients in 1 straight column.

For level 325 I have tried that before, but only succeeded in clearing 6 in 1 column.

Creating combos is the key.
In no particular order:
1. you may choose to use horizontal striped to remove the chocolates first to prevent chocolates from spreading
2. a color bomb + striped will help you clear many jellies
3. there are 2 screens, so play both.

Got to create quite a number of combos to clear all the jellies. You are bound to play countless times, there are an array of variations you will use. The best move to clear all the time bombs, a wrap + stripe combo at the bomb of the middle row. The best way to avoid chocolate appearing - in the beginning 4 -5 moves when you clear the middle row, and the black barrier drop down to block the chocolate maker. You must be really lucky if the jellies are already being cleared twice. Other then that, just concentrate to make combos - wrap + stripe or colour bomb + stripe. or verticals are the left  and right most 2 columns. If all the combinations are available in your game, either you are very lucky or in my case, after countless tries. Not suitable to play more than 5 lives, if you get what I mean - this is one of the most frustrating game available in candy crush.

After countless games, the best way to clear one exploding cake is activating the combo consisting of 2 wraps. Or else it is just a game of countless vertical stripe candy, wrap +stripe or strip + colour bombs. And don't forget  the tedious shifting of ingredient. if the ingredient is on top of the cake before it explores, you will clear it immediately when it explodes - without the need or worry to bring it down
